Terms of Service

Draft of November 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Invoquro is an online invoicing service developed by Nexora Soft Tech ("we"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or uses the service ("you").

2. Your account

You must give a correct email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own, including what members you invite do there. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

3. Your content and your clients' data

You keep the rights to the invoices, proposals, contracts and other content you create. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to put your clients' personal data into Invoquro, and for what you send them.

4. AI features

AI features turn text and documents you provide into suggested invoices, descriptions and summaries. They can be wrong. You must check every result before you save or send it. Text you submit to an AI feature is sent to our AI provider to produce the result.

5. Invoices, taxes and payments

Invoquro calculates totals from what you enter, but you are responsible for the correctness of your invoices, the tax rates you use, and meeting the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you. Online payments from your clients go directly to the payment provider account you connect; we are not a party to those payments and do not hold the money.

6. Contracts and e-signatures

Accepting a contract in Invoquro records a typed name, the time and the text accepted. It is not a qualified electronic signature. Check whether that is enough for your purpose.

7. Plans, fees and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Plans have monthly limits, such as the number of invoices, emails and AI requests. [Refund, renewal and cancellation terms to be confirmed.]

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Invoquro to send spam or phishing, to defraud anyone, to break the law, or to try to get into other people's data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Invoquro available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change the service; we will tell you about changes that matter to you.

10. Ending your account

You can download your data and ask for your account or a workspace to be deleted from the Account page. Records such as invoices may be kept where the law requires.

11. Liability

[Limitation of liability, warranties, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution: to be written by a lawyer for each market.]

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: use the support email shown in the app. [Company address and registration details to be added.]
